Why is there a setup fee?
It covers website preparation, adaptation to your business, content integration, configuration, checks and launch.
Is there a minimum term?
Flozz Essential, Flozz Visibility, the WordPress option and regular Flozz Apps have no minimum term: you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the paid month. Any minimum term for a specialized service is shown clearly before you order.
What happens if I stop?
At the end of the current paid month, the website and paid features are deactivated and your access returns to the minimal Flozz account intended for billing, reactivation, domain management and export requests. Your domain belongs to you or can be transferred into your name. Your text, images, contacts and data remain yours, and exportable data can be provided in an available format. A website built on the Flozz platform is not handed over as a standalone file or as a website that is immediately editable on another platform. If you want to keep it in its current environment, we can review transferring your service space to another compatible provider or to your own account, with any necessary fees and reconnections. Otherwise, migration or rebuilding on another platform is quoted separately.
Who provides the text and photos?
You provide the information, text, photos and access needed. Flozz organizes them within the agreed structure. Extensive copywriting or image sourcing is a separate service.
Are content changes included?
Technical maintenance is included. New pages, new features, redesigns and out-of-scope content changes are priced before work begins.
Do you guarantee Google rankings or a number of reviews?
No. Flozz improves what it can control and makes honest review requests easier, without guaranteeing rankings, ratings, review counts or new customers.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Moving between Essential, Visibility and Front Desk can be reviewed based on the website, content, channels and customer-reception needs already in place.
Do SMS and WhatsApp work in every country?
No. Availability depends on the country, number type, consent and type of message. Flozz checks these points before activating the service.
