Accessibility commitment

Toussaint Digital LLC aims to make flozz.io usable by as many people as possible and to improve accessibility progressively. This statement covers the flozz.io corporate website, not third-party websites or services reached through links or embedded content.

Compliance status

Because no full compliance audit has yet been completed using an official methodology, the website is considered non-compliant by default with RGAA and WCAG until a formal audit is carried out. This does not mean that every page is inaccessible; it avoids claiming a level of compliance that has not yet been demonstrated.

Measures already implemented

  • keyboard-accessible main navigation on standard templates;
  • heading structure and form labels reviewed during updates;
  • colour contrast and text size considered in the design;
  • alternative text added to informative images where possible;
  • desktop and mobile checks before publishing main pages.

Known limitations

  • some embedded videos may not provide full captions or transcripts;
  • third-party components, forms, video players or consent banners may have limitations outside Flozz’s control;
  • some older content or decorative elements may require improvement;
  • full compatibility with every browser and assistive-technology combination is not guaranteed.

Report a difficulty

If you cannot access content or use a function, email contact@flozz.io with the page concerned, the difficulty encountered and, if possible, your device, browser or assistive technology. We will seek an accessible alternative or another way to provide the information.

Remedies

If you believe a mandatory accessibility requirement applicable to your situation has not been met after contacting us, you may contact the competent authority or body in your country.

Technologies and improvement method

The website uses HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress and the Kadence theme, together with embedded content from third-party services. Improvements rely on manual checks, keyboard navigation, contrast inspection, tests at different screen sizes and automated tools. Automated tools do not replace a complete human audit.
